Eggs contain plenty of nutrients, high-quality protein, good fats, minerals and vitamins. One egg is rich in vitamin A, Selenium, vitamin B2, vitamin B5 and Vitamin B12. It also contains minerals and vitamins like Folate, vitamin E, potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc and iron.

One large egg contains small amounts of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of quality protein and 77 calories. It is also very important to mention that the egg white is consisted only of protein while all the healthy nutrients are in the yolk.

Lunch: some fruit
Dinner: steamed chicken and fresh salad

*SUNDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch: fresh tomato salad and steamed vegetables with chicken
Dinner: streamed vegetables

THE SECOND WEEK:

*MONDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: fresh salad and chicken meat
Dinner: orange, salad and 2 boiled eggs

*TUESDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and steamed vegetables
Dinner: salad and grilled fish

*WEDNESDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch: cooked chicken and fresh salad
Dinner: orange, fresh salad and 2 boiled eggs

*THURSDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch: steamed vegetables, 2 boiled eggs and low fat cheese
Dinner: steamed chicken and fresh salad

*FRIDAY*

Breakfast:  2 boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and fresh salad

*SATURDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch: cooked chicken and fresh salad
Dinner: fruits

*SUNDAY*

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch and Dinner: steamed vegetables and steamed chicken
